  • Pork and Veal Ragu with Pappardelle
  • Lasagne layered with roasted vegetables
  • Ravioli with Sweet Potato and served with Sage Butter
  • Beetroot fettuccine with Persian fetta and walnuts and Pistachio Pesto
  • Porcini Mushroom Sauce with Fettuccine
  • Cannelloni filled with Ricotta, and Napoli Sauce
