The wonderful Pauline Leonard will guide you to making sensational homemade gnocchi, pasta and sauces – all made from scratch in this completely hands-on cooking class. Pauline shares her clever techniques and methods as well as useful tips and tricks.

A not to be missed class, the menu includes freshly made pasta sheets to make:

  • Ravioli filled with sweet potato and served with sage butter sauce
  • Fettuccine with Pistachio Pesto
  • Cannelloni filled with ricotta and pumpkin and baked in a creamy mushroom sauce
  • Linguine with Seafood sauce
  • Two great Gnocchi dishes will also be taught (& hands-on) – classic potato gnocchi with Napoli sauce; ricotta and spinach gnocchi with Gorgonzola and lemon sauce.
