A fabulous (and highly praised) hands-on workshop which is both interactive and incredibly informative. This is a fabulous class (life changing some might say) in kitchen knife handling as well as selecting the right knife and of course, sharpening.
Guests are encouraged to bring their own knives (safely wrapped of course).
What we will cover in this class is:
Grip and technique and knife position
Correct preparation and technique for chopping vegetables – chopping, julienne, crushing and mincing and more
Jointing and deboning chicken
Emma will then cook guests a delicious Ratatouille and modern-day coleslaw to enjoy with a chicken dish served to all to enjoy the fruits of their labour.
