Roll up those sleeves for some pasta making fun for kids aged 6-11.
Join Nellie in this hands-on Italian class where will prepare our own pasta dough and after it has rested and is ready for action, students will master rolling out their dough to make lasagna sheets suitable for spinach and ricotta cannelloni.
We will also master making our own fettuccini which we will enjoy with a wonderful amatriciana sauce made in class.
Panzanella (Italian torn-bread salad) will also be prepared and enjoyed as part of our Italian feast.
Mini ricotta-filled cannoli with melted chocolate (please note that shells will not be made in class due to the already lengthy menu).
Older tweens and teens most welcome in the afternoon 1.30-4pm.
