Caroline Gray will lead this outstanding class menu where Vegetarian dishes (in the style of Ottolenghi) are absolute stars. This is a beautifully nourishing class.

The style of Ottolenghi’s cooking originated in Israel where his roots lie. His wonderful style of cooking utilises many spices, salads and vegetables and these will be the main focus in this fantastic new vegetarian cooking class with Hayley Smorgon with Middle Eastern flavours. This food is colourful, full of flavour and fun. 

 On the menu:

Fennel, Pea and artichoke salad

Cauliflower salad with chickpeas, dates, almonds, pomegranates and coriander

Middle Eastern Caprese salad

Salmon with tahini sauce and dukkah

Fragrant rice with carrots, barberries and mint
