Like little red jewels, these dried berries add bursts of gorgeous colour and an explosion of tart flavour. Used often in pilaffs and make an excellent addition to salads, stuffings and more. A great substitute for when pomegranates are in season or for when you simply cannot be bothered de seeding them !
