Wrapped up in a swirl of spice and tantalizing flavours! Come discover and make traditional dishes with a delicious and nutritious modern vegetarian spin. 

Guests will explore exciting ingredients such as pomegranate syrup, tamarind, za'tar and fenugreek and learn and practice authentic cooking techniques to prepare some stunning Middle Eastern Vegetarian dishes. 

On the menu:

  • Garlicky chickpea soup with lemon & cumin.
  • A fabulous homemade harissa & green bean salad with walnut, pomegranate and cilantro dressing.
  • Crushed bulgur wheat with a spread of tomatoes and lemon.
  • Tamarind filo triangles with mushrooms, caramelised onions and cinnamon.
  • Crispy leek fritters with fresh seasonal herbs
  • Labne, tomato and white bean casserole.
  • Flourless Macaroons with toasted walnuts, pecans, and dates.
