The art of the stir fry (a predominantly a Vegetarian class / menu)

We are firing up the woks to master some simple & quick techniques to create a meal in minutes. Meals that are balanced, wholesome and exciting!  Discover the variations that will have you cooking like a wizard and capable to serving up meals with pizzazz and packed full of flavour.  Learn the various sauces that create the magic so that you can replicate and alternate night after night. 

In this exciting new class led by Tony Chiodo, guests will enjoy:
 

  • Stir fried chilli tempeh with green beans and okra and a miso garlic sauce
  • Velvety tofu and shitake mushrooms served with bok choy and soy ginger glaze
  • Sticky rice stick noodles with prawns and orange mirin sauce
  • Comforting stir fired rice with carrots, daikon, cabbage and fried egg twirls.
With the exception of the prawn stir fry, this is predominantly a vegetarian menu.
This menu is also gluten free.
