The wonderful Pauline Leonard will guide you to making sensational homemade gnocchi, pasta and sauces – all made from scratch in this completely hands on cooking class . Pauline shares her clever techniques and methods as well as useful tips and tricks. 

A not to be missed class, menu includes Rich and warming winter sauces to serve with handmade pasta (all hands on).  Dishes include slow cooked pork and veal Ragu with hand-cut Pappardelle, Lasagne layered with roasted vegetables, Ravioli filled with pumpkin and Sage Butter, Porcini Mushroom sauce with Fettuccine.
