Join us as we create a delicious plant–centred seasonal menu loaded with nutrient rich vegetables supplemented with morsels of sustainably sourced  fish or animal protein.  

Embracing whole foods is a wonderful thing. Being flexitarian is real. It is for those who mostly follow a vegetarian diet but with the occasional inclusion of sustainably sourced fish or animal protein.  

Whole foods chef & wellness coach, Tony Chiodo will teach you how to mix and match your menu as the situation arises for you during busy weeks as well as learning how to listen to your body and what it craves. This delicious nourishing menu will include :

  • slurping a bowlful of mussels in a heavenly coconut and saffron broth
  • roasted Moroccan chicken enjoyed with .........
  • red quinoa and apricots
  • smoky tempeh and black bean chilli
  • miso glazed salmon bowl 
  • and baked spiced pumpkin cheesecake to finish
