 In this exciting new class led by Tony Chiodo, guests will enjoy:

  • Turkish one pan roast peppers and egg breakfast dish
  • Spicy falafels with quinoa tabouli and lemon yogurt
  • Smoky eggplants with dreamy chickpea and walnut sauce
  • Butternut pumpkin and harissa hummus
  • Spiced cauliflower and carrot salad with orange blossom and fetta
  • Walnut  date and honey cake with rose blossom cream to finish
