Hands on pasta making in Summer

Pasta dishes and sauces – all made from scratch in this completely hands-on Italian cooking class with Pauline Leonard. 

Menu including Pasta Rotolo, freshly made pasta sheets rolled and filled with ricotta and pumpkin, poached and then sliced and served with Sage butter; Squid Ink Linguine with Seafood sauce;  Tortellini filled with chicken and olives and served with Napoli Sauce.
